Hindsight Consulting Historians was established in 2005 by Fay Woodhouse and since then has been commissioned to work in the university, public, community and private sectors. Fay has a PhD in Australian history and has been professionally researching and writing Australian history and biography for more than ten years. Fay is assisted by Kylie Hughes, an experienced researcher and editor.

Fee Scale
Hindsight Consulting Historians base their fees on the scale recommended by the Australian Council of Professional Historians Associations. Fees are negotiable and quotes are tailored to meet our clients requirements.
Employing An Historian
A professionally qualified historian has undertaken an undergraduate degree followed by an Honours, Masters or Doctorate in the discipline of History. To be recognised as a professional historian, you must be accredited to the Professional Historians Association.
